House Rules — Stella Maris Camping

Camp rules

1. Check-in: from 09:00 - Check-out: from 10:00
2. For all check-outs after the specified deadlines an additional day of stay will be charged to the guest, but without the right to use the camping spot.
3. Calculation and payment for the services can be made on the day of departure or every day no later than 21:00.
4. To avoid crowds or in the case of early departure, guests are recommended to make the payment the day before their intended departure.
5. Guests are required to show their ID-documents to camp staff on check-in and only guests who are registered at the reception are allowed to stay at the campsite.
6. Minors may only stay at the campsite accompanied by their parents or other persons of age in whose care they have been placed.
7. Any individuals found in the campsite who are not registered as a camp guest will be asked to leave.
8. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness.
9. Garbage should be disposed only in designated bins and containers provided in the campsite.
10. Guests are required to leave sanitary facilities in a clean and tidy condition.
11. The water in all areas of the campsite is drinkable.
12. Use water conscientiously and moderately.
13. It is prohibited to damage trees and other greenery.
14. Fencing off the area where one is staying is only allowed with the approval of the camp management.
15. Any work on the pitch or camping spots without the aforementioned approval is prohibited. Otherwise, the guest will be charged for any resulting damages, and the camp staff reserves the right to deny further stay in the campsite.
16. It is prohibited to start fires, including any open flames (e.g., candles), anywhere within the campsite. Only gas or electric grills are allowed.
17. Washing dishes or laundry in areas not designated for it is not allowed.

Apartment and/or mobile home rules

1. Check-in: from 14:00 - Check-out: from 10:00
2. For all check-outs after the specified deadlines an additional day of stay will be charged to the guest, but without the right to use the accommodation.
3. Garbage should be disposed of only in designated bins and containers provided.
4. Only guests who are registered are allowed to stay.
5. Minors may only stay accompanied by their parents or other persons of age in whose care they have been placed.
6. Any individuals found in the apartment and/or mobile home who are not registered as a guest will be asked to leave.
7. Guests are required to use the equipment, devices and inventory in the mobile home/apartment in a responsible manner and leave them in the same condition upon departure.
8. Any malfunctions or damage caused by guest must be reported immediately to our staff and will be charged.
9. Moving inventory and devices outside unit is not allowed.
10. Laundry, towels, bedding, and sunbeds are not allowed to be taken out of the accommodation units.
11. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the interior.
12. On the day of departure, guests are required to remove all food and waste and wash the used dishes.
13. A check will be conducted on the day of departure.
14. In the event of any damage or missing small inventory items, a monetary compensation will be charged.
15. Long-term stays or overnight stays of guests who are not registered is not allowed.
16. Stella Maris reserves the right, in special circumstances and in the absence of guests, to enter their unit if it is deemed necessary to prevent any potential damage, particularly when there is justified suspicion of a serious violation of the house rules. In the event of such intervention during the guests’ absence, the Management will inform the guests about the time and reason for entering the accommodation unit.

Peace and quiet

1. During their stay, guests are not allowed to create noise (by using radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc.) or disturb other guests with loud conversations, shouting, banging, or any other means, at any time of the day or night.
2. Any guests who disturb or disrupt the pleasant stay and rest of other guests, or cause damage to campsite property or other guests’ property, may be expelled by staff and charged for their entire stay as well as any damage caused.
3. Complete peace and quiet in the campsite are mandatory from 23:00 to 7:00.

Driving and parking

1. Max. speed limit within the campsite is 15 km/h.Pedestrians have the right of way over all vehicles. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO CHILDREN!
2. Cars and other means of transportation that cannot be set on the pitch must be parked in the parking area within the campsite and it is a subject to a fee.

For pet owners

• Pet owners must register their pets at the reception upon arrival and present a vaccination certificate. They are also required to pay a fee for their pet’s stay according to the price list.
• Guests are required to keep their pets on a leash (and with a muzzle).
• Guests are required to pick up after their pets and dispose it in the provided bins.
• Pets can not be showered in the sanitary facilities that are for humans.
• Pets are not allowed in reception area, sanitary facilities and generally all indoor spaces and especially children’s playground as well as other guests personal area.
• Respect other guests because you as pet owner can`t know other person`s situation and/or feelings about pets.
• The presence of pets in the campsite is permitted, except for those pets that may in any way endanger or disturb the safe and comfortable stay of other guests.
• The camp staff is authorized to instruct the pet owner who does not comply with these rules to leave the camp.

On the beach

1. It is prohibited to take gravel from the beach or to make any damage to natural environment.
2. Boating, paddling, jet skiing and all other watercraft activities are prohibited within the swimming zone.
3. Leaving sunbeds, towels, mats or any personal belongings on the beach all day/night is prohibited as they will be removed during beach cleaning.

Responsibility

1. Stella Maris is not responsible for any valuables left by guests.
2. If any guest find any left behind, lost, or forgotten items, they can hand them over to the reception.
3. Guests can store their valuables (such as jewellery, money, etc.) in a safe located at the reception.
4. Stella Maris does not take responsibility for any theft, damage, or loss of guests' property.
5. Liability for damage caused by force majeure is also excluded, so guests are advised to insure their property.
6. Any comments and complaints can be sent only to the following address: info@autocamp-stellamaris.com
7. Guests who fail to comply with any provision of these house rules or disrupt or disturb the operation of the campsite, other guests, or endanger the property of others, will have their accommodation service cancelled. The Stella Maris staff will remove them from the camp and/or apartment and/or mobile home and charge them for any damage that may have occurred.
